Elizabeth Molina, MA, LPC-Associate
Supervised by: Kerry Williamson, MA, LPC-S, LMFT-S, CST

Elizabeth works at our North Austin location with children (4-10) experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, and trauma. In addition, she works at both North Austin and Georgetown locations with adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, suicidal thoughts, trauma / PTSD, self-harm, sexuality, body image, and overcoming addictive behaviors.
With her strengths-based approach, Elizabeth empowers her clients to gain insight into their stories as she guides and supports them in their therapy goals. With 10 years of professional childcare experience, Elizabeth approaches her work with children from a play therapy and TBRI perspective. When working with adolescents and adults, Elizabeth blends EMDR therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Walk-and-Talk Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), mindfulness, and grounding practices.
Elizabeth values diversity and believes that every person's story deserves to be told and heard. From that foundational truth, she uses a Narrative Therapy approach, helping people understand the stories that have shaped their core beliefs about themselves and create new stories that can add vibrancy, compassion, and acceptance to their lives. She excels in coming alongside her clients with her holistic style that creates a safe place for her clients to process their healing journey.
Elizabeth completed her Master's in Clinical Mental Health from Adams State University in Alamosa, CO and is passionate about walking with her clients in hard places and learning everything she can to help them grow and thrive! In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, cooking, reading, and music. She also loves connecting with family and friends and her broader community.
Elizabeth offers a sliding scale based on income for fee reduction for qualified clients. For further information about next steps to see Elizabeth, please visit our Scheduling page. For specific questions email Elizabeth at [email protected].
