Grace works primarily with individual adults and couples, helping people to communicate more openly and honestly.  She works with people moving.through life transitions, those struggling with anxiety and panic, young mothers  experiencing postpartum issues, pre-marital couples, and people struggling with relational issues. She has a special heart for working with immigrants and second-generation Asian-Americans as they address multicultural issues.

As a natural empath, Grace’s emphasis is on listening to each person’s unique story. She desires to give her clients space to be themselves, offering them a safe haven where they can be as real and raw as they need to be. Her focus is on helping people to connect the dots that are already there, finding valuable insight into themselves and the roots of their problems. She believes that each person can be empowered to find a way forward and seeks to work hand in hand with her clients to achieve their goals. She tailors her approach to each client but focuses heavily on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and attachment theory, as well as emotionally focused therapy (EFT) for couples. She is also certified in the Prepare-Enrich program which she uses in her work with premarital couples.

Grace graduated from the University of California, San Diego for her Bachelor’s degree, and received her Master’s in Counseling at Western Seminary. She is a newcomer to Texas and is enjoying exploring Austin and making memories with her husband and two young sons.

Grace offers a sliding scale based on income for fee reduction for qualified clients.
