regina-gray-austin-and-georgetown-emdr-therapist
Regina counsels from our North Austin and Georgetown locations and works with teenagers and adults struggling with trauma (PTSD), anxiety, depression, grieving, and relationship concerns. Regina’s counseling approach stems from her belief that we were created to heal, and everyone has distinct needs and a unique roadmap to get there. Inspired by this belief, she provides clients space to use art, music, writing, and creativity alongside EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to process the past and forge the future.

Regina approaches therapy with a strengths-based perspective, highlighting her clients' personal values and gifts as a way to address their concerns. Using cognitive behavioral interventions, she works to help clients identify self-defeating beliefs and assists them in reframing their patterns of thinking.

Regina is a graduate of Texas A&M (whoop!) and the University of Texas San Antonio, where she received a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate (LPC-A) who is dedicated to supporting the needs of everyone she works with. Regina is a native of Houston and lives with her husband and young son in Hutto, where they love to work on gardening projects, go on hikes, and play music together.

Regina offers a sliding scale based on income for fee reduction for qualified clients. For further information about next steps to see Regina, please visit our Scheduling pageFor specific questions email Regina at regina@abundantlifecounseling.com.
