New Clients

Welcome! We’re so glad you stopped by. We are here to answer any questions you have! If you would like more information about our center, or if you are ready to schedule an appointment, please call our office at 512-258-5100 and press "one" when the automated attendant answers. Once you are familiar with the information in that message, if you would like to check availability for a therapist you are interested in, please visit this link. It will take you to an outside website. Press "Request Appointment" and then select the therapists' you are interested in to see what is available. As a new client, you will not be able to schedule an appointment online. However, once you have decided on a day and time that works well for you, please email our office administrator at [email protected] to request an appointment at that time. When you email, please indicate the client(s)' name, date of birth, contact information (phone number, email address) and preferred type of automated reminder (text, email, or both).  Our office administrator will block that appointment out temporarily, and then reach out to you to confirm your appointment and give you information you will need before your appointment. If you would prefer to communicate by phone, please include your phone number in your email, and we will be happy to call and answer your questions. If you can check availability beforehand and determine times you are interested in, however, that would be very helpful. We look forward to talking with you soon!
