Hannah Parks, MA
Coming Soon!

Hannah works with children, teens, adults, and families as they navigate their life stories. She is passionate about helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, anger, grief, trauma, relationship problems, self-harm, and addiction.
Hannah approaches therapy from an attachment-based perspective, creating a safe and genuine atmosphere for her clients to explore their past experiences and how those experiences might still be affecting their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors today. With her warm, energetic and authentic style, she guides her clients in exploring deeper patterns to gain insight and create a healthier, more empowering narrative, enabling them to heal from old wounds and make positive changes in their relationships and daily life. As she comes to understand each client as a unique individual, Hannah draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches to foster growth tailored to their specific story. In her work with children (a special passion) she uses sand tray and play therapy, and when working with premarital couples, she uses the Prepare and Enrich program.
Hannah holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary. She is a certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator and has experience walking alongside families, teens and children as a counselor, coach, and next-generation minister.
Originally from Mississippi, Hannah moved to Texas to spend more time with her niece. In her free time, she enjoys going for runs and trying out new coffee shops.
Hannah offers a sliding scale based on income for fee reduction for qualified clients. For further information about next steps to see Hannah, please visit our Scheduling page.
